By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to:

  • Partners (business entities) using the GloEsim dashboard and APIs
  • Authorized Partner staff with platform access
  • Limited data processed for eSIM activation and operation

GloEsim operates strictly as a B2B telecommunications service provider.

Partners are fully responsible for any personal data of their own customers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information needed to operate and secure the platform.

2.1. Partner-Provided Information

  • Business name
  • Contact persons (name, email)
  • Login credentials
  • API usage
  • Support ticket submissions

2.2. Information Related to End Customers (Limited)
To enable eSIM functionality, we may receive:

  • eSIM identifiers (ICCID, EID)
  • Device signals (IMEI, device type when required by operators)
  • Activation timestamps
  • Usage statistics (data volume, connection status)

No sensitive identity information (passport, ID, address, etc.) is required or requested.

2.3. Automatically Collected Information

  • IP address
  • Device/browser type
  • Login logs
  • API logs
  • Security and fraud alerts

2.4. Payment Information
Payments are handled by third-party processors.
SwiftReload Inc does not store full card details.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to:

  • Deliver and operate eSIM services
  • Authenticate access to the dashboard and APIs
  • Support billing and account management
  • Enhance service stability and security
  • Prevent fraud and misuse
  • Respond to support tickets
  • Maintain operational logs required for telecom consistency

We do not sell, trade, or rent data to third parties.

4. Our Approach to Privacy Compliance

4.3. No Legal Liability for Regulatory Compliance

  • CCPA compliance responsibility
  • Any statutory obligations related to the Partner's end customers
  • Liability for the Partner's data handling practices

Partners remain fully responsible for meeting any privacy or regulatory requirements applicable to their business.

5. How We Share Information

We may share necessary operational data with:

5.1. Telecom Operators
To activate and run eSIM services (e.g., ICCID, activation status).
We do not share unnecessary personal data.

5.2. Service Providers
Trusted vendors assisting with:

  • Hosting and cloud infrastructure
  • Support systems
  • Payment processing
  • Fraud/security management

These providers receive only what is required for their function.

5.3. Legal Requests
We may disclose information if required by applicable law or valid legal process.

5.4. Business Transfers
In the event of corporate restructuring, information may transfer to the acquiring entity.

6. Partner Responsibilities (Very Important)

Partners are entirely responsible for:

  • Their own customer privacy practices
  • Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or other laws (if applicable to them)
  • Ensuring lawful transmission of any data sent to GloEsim
  • Handling personal data of their customers independently
  • Providing privacy notices to their customers
  • Preventing unauthorized access to their dashboard/API keys

GloEsim does not act as a data controller for Partner customers.

7. Data Retention

GloEsim keeps data only for operational purposes and reasonable business needs.

General retention guidelines:

  • Activation and usage logs: up to 24 months
  • Support tickets: up to 36 months
  • Billing records: as required by Canadian tax laws

Partners may request account deletion subject to legal, accounting, and operational constraints.

8. Data Security

We apply reasonable security practices such as:

  • Encrypted communication (TLS)
  • Secure authentication
  • Access controls
  • Server firewalls
  • Fraud monitoring systems

While we work to protect data, no system can guarantee absolute security, and we do not accept liability for security breaches beyond reasonable control.

9. International Processing

Because telecom networks and hosting providers operate globally, some data may be processed or stored outside Canada.
Such processing is solely for operational purposes.

10. Cookies and Tracking

Cookies may be used for:

  • Login sessions
  • Security

Partners can manage cookies through browser settings.

11. Your Options & Requests

Partners may contact us to request:

  • Correction of inaccurate business account details
  • Clarification of data handling practices
  • Closure of their business account

Note: Log data required for operational, financial, or compliance reasons cannot always be deleted.

12. Children's Data

GloEsim does not knowingly process children's information.
Partners must ensure no children's data is submitted.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
Updates are effective once posted on the GloEsim dashboard or website.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
